Ortega Residence
Santa Barbara, CA
2005
Designed on a compact urban infill site, this project's choice of materials, modesty
of space, native landscape, and energy conscious design exemplify green living on
all levels. Set in a mid-century neighborhood, the house draws architectural cues
from California Craftsman Bungalow neighbors and adds a fresh modern spin.
