New shade structures on either side of the Conference Rooms provide areas for accessible viewing as well as outdoor rooms for special events. The surroundings and views from La Playa Stadium are incredible. The Pressbox and Conference Rooms have views to and can be viewed from the beach, the harbor, and of course the stadium. The proposed design expands, and extends the top of the stadium and provides a missing visual and formal culmination to this prominent, gorgeous and simple space.
