This model office building on a campus with 1800 employees creates vibrant spaces reflecting the tenant’s stated aspirations for a great workplace.
The project showcases sustainability realized within conventional budget, making it a model for all future County of Santa Barbara design and construction. A 330′ trellis of simple yet dramatic shade fabric and flowering wisteria presents a green identity and shields the building from solar heat gain. Tactile and sustainable materials, energy efficiency, and amenities such as outdoor workstations, functional artwork, and native landscape providing spaces to work, collaborate and recreate.
